(I did pre-checkin on the app) So we arrived in Puerto Vallarta around 6pm (time difference 1hour back) at the airport by the time we got to the bus it was approx. Ottawa airport was quite and withing 35 min we were had dropped off our luggage and gone through security. Shorter on the way back it was just 4 hours and 10 min. We flew Sunwing we were 30 min late to leave for de-icing (no big deal) we the flight ended up being 6 hours. First time we stayed that the Riu Jalisco. So 2nd time in Puerto Vallarta but first time at Samba. It also helps me if ever I want to go back somewhere and I can review my notes and make a decision. So my reviews are usually a little bit more detail then most and I do this everything I go south. Travelled January 20th to 27th 3.5-4 star for us. I had requested 2 rooms together but not guaranteed we had our rooms a few doors apart so 421 and 427 but the view from each room on the balcony. We arrived at the resort around 8pm and I waited about 5 min to check in as we were just 2 families checking in. 15 min for all passengers and the drive was about 20 minute or so after 2 drop offs.
